★     Double color coating armor plate: the face and back of door panel adopt same color coating armor plate.

★     Polyurethane foam heat preservation: the middle of door panel is filled with

high quality polyurethane foam and the foam density is up to 40kg/m3. Therefore,

 the door panel is provided with good strength, heat preservation and sound

insulation capability.

★     Steeliness seal at both ends;

★     Reinforcing mat: the steel reinforcing mats are embedded in the fixed

gemel and trolley bracket to ensure the enough strength of door body parts

and more fastness of the connection.

★     Outboard reinforcing rib: when the door width is beyond 4800mm, it should

be configured with outboard reinforcing rib to ensure the enough strength of the

 door.

★    Door panel thickness standard: 40mm, 63mm

★     The max width of 40mm door panel is 6500mm

★     The single door panel height is between 430～550mm, which can be

selected according to the height of door body

There are two kinds of garage door panel:

1)Economical ordinary garage door: the splice point of the door panel adopts special designed concave-convex structure. Compared to the ordinary step structure, it will ensure a better splice slot of the door panel and better

smoothness of the door surface.
